1. General
Placing an order on the website means full acceptance of these terms. The seller is Ochiq Dasturxon LLC.
2. Orders
An order is accepted once confirmed by SMS or Telegram. If a dish is out of stock, the operator will offer a replacement.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in UZS including VAT. Payment: Click, Payme, Uzum Pay, cash or card to the courier. Online payments get an electronic receipt.
4. Delivery
Delivery time and price depend on the zone. Minimum order — 80,000 UZS. If we are more than 30 minutes late, you get 15% off your next order.
5. Returns and cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before cooking starts. Quality complaints are accepted within 1 hour — we replace the dish or refund.
